Grow Your Practice with Events

When it comes to the growth of their practice, Chiro’s could learn a few things from Taylor Swift.  Too often, they make the big mistake of being too private.

If one chiropractor and one front desk CA are the only people your practice members interact with while they visit there is limited engagement other than the practice member’s specific reason for being there which is usually to fix a certain ‘problem’.

As people are social beings, being shut in a room one-on-one with a chiropractor is a recipe for playing small.

I remind myself often of the statement “Alone we go fast but together we go further”.

I was speaking with a group of our clients on one of our regular weekly coaching calls and Brett made the following comment…

“Many Chiropractors practices don’t grow because they don’t employ their greatest assistants”.

Who are the their greatest assistants, I asked?

He replied, “Our practice members”.

Brett said “I used to have my practice members in solitary confinement, they barely interacted with anyone else when they visited”. When I opened the practice up and created events out of daily and special activities as Quest recommends, the practice has boomed, and it’s so much more fun for everyone.”

You’re practice members become part of your community, they feel like they belong…it’s kind of like becoming a ‘Swiftie’.

Let’s face it, solitary confinement is the worst punishment a human can have. The more people interact together the more they grow and develop as individuals.

So the question becomes, how can this young chick fill stadiums with 96,000 fans (and how can we apply this to our practice)?

Along with her Strategic Tour Planning, Global Appeal (Her ability to write relatable songs that touch on universal themes of love, heartbreak, and empowerment has garnered her a diverse international fanbase).,

She continuously evolves as an artist, experimenting with new sounds and themes, keeps her relevant and continually attracts new fans.

Consider how you can utilise the principles of Taylor Swift’s success in your practice.

How can you move your practice to a practice that is an event in itself and has plenty of events throughout the year?

The result will be your practice members will feel more engaged and enrolled in the practice and what you stand for.

So, next time you look at your practice’s design, ensure it has events built in.

If you want to grow your practice (maybe not 96,000 a day) but to serve more and receive more (maybe not the 1 Billion that Taylor has just attained),

Book a call with us and we will go through the opportunities for your practice’s growth through events. Schedule your call here.
