This week we will consider the seventh factor that will have a significant affect on your results this year. If you explore it and use it wisely you will amplify every goal, resolution and hope that you currently have.
We have spoken about the importance of structure and it’s appropriate alignment. We then explored the importance of movement with flexibility and grace. We then considered the importance of deciding on your direction. We addressed the sustenance of body and mind via nutrition. We emphasised the power that comes with taking responsibility and last week we looked at the phenomena of association.
This week we will draw your attention to your legacy, what it is that you leave behind.
Every action, non-action, word or silence that you have performed throughout your life has had an effect on others. You cannot, not influence. The seeds that you have planted in others will germinate some time and some place, maybe long after you have gone. Its been asked, “have you planted the seeds of trees under which you know that you will not sit?” Have you given to chiropractic research? Have you sponsored a chiropractic student? Have you sent chiropractic students to college this year? Have you empowered your CAs to step to a higher level of self-expression and contribution? Have you planted seeds of greatness in every practice member you have adjusted?
So, going into the rest of this year I suggest it would be a worthwhile exercise to do an audit of the past year.
Take a look at each of the 7 areas above and ask yourself where you have nailed it in 2013 and where you have dropped the ball.
Take this feedback and resolve to clean up you act and decide to take different action in 2014.
It will be a change for good.
