#2 of the 7 Factors

This week we will look at the second factor that will have a significant affect on your results this year. Use it to amplify every goal, resolution and hope that you currently have. This will ensure that you will be in a much stronger position in life by the end of 2014.

Once you have your structure aligned, be it you body, your relationships or your practice the next consideration becomes, how do you use the structure? A key to structures working well in all biological systems lies in movement. The ability to be flexible and move with grace is a strong indicator of success in any endeavour.

Make sure that your body is aligned, strong and movable. Ensure that this year you commit to getting appropriate exercise. Do whatever it takes, be it pumping iron, peddling, walking, running, puffing or sweating. Make sure that you keep your body moving on a regular basis this year. Imagine bounding out of bed every morning with your body feeling like a racehorse chomping at the bit to gallop across the horizon with energy to burn.

Ensure that you move the particles of communication in your relationships (we will cover this in a subsequent Blog).

In your practice, once you have the structure (policies and procedures) in place ensure that you are getting the desired movement within those policies. It is one thing to have a policies and procedures manual but it is another to have it as a living, breathing and active document that.

Commit this year to ensuring that the old card playing adage of “A good game is a fast game” stands. Look for opportunities to move yourself, others or systems.
