1st Visit 10x’s The Report Of Findings Every Time

If you don’t have an Opportunities Report in your practice, you will probably be struggling with these 4 big problems;

Many chiropractors think that the pivotal visit of a new prospect’s chiropractic experience is the report of findings. This is far from the truth. The first visit, as you have seen is a four part sequence that sets the scene for ALL to come. The crowning glory of the first visit is the Quadrant 4 component – The Opportunities Report.

 

Having established agreement and uncovered some of the prospect’s drivers, visited the person’s intricate history with the Discovery process and deeply investigated their presenting state way beyond their presenting complaint. You are now well placed to reveal to them a snapshot of your findings way beyond that which they anticipated.

 

The Opportunities Report is not a full report of findings. It is a convincer that you have the skills to look way beyond the current problem and see solutions to the problems that they have wondered about for many years.

 

The object of this visit is quite simple. After the preceding 5-10 minutes of grunting, sighing and other strange noises you are now able to tell them more about them than they told you. When you do this, you take over the narrative. They must understand that the various ‘issues’ that they consider to be normal have a rationale, a reason. That all parts of their body are interconnected and that you know what to do about sorting it out.

 

 

This is the transformation Chiropractors see in their people when they implement The Opportunities Report;

 

#1 Instead of people being concerned with their presenting complaint they see the relationship with their whole health picture and this repositions the challenges of their presenting complaint.

 

#2 Instead of people thinking that all you care about is their current problem they realise that you understand how their current problem is just a small part of their life’s journey and this brings a new respect and responsibility to their daily actions.

 

#3 Instead of people thinking that you just crack backs they realise that adjustments over time make massive changes.

 

#4 Instead of patients just wanting to get out of your practice as soon as possible they are excitedly looking forward to the next huge milestone that they will experience.

 

If you were to hear this new person’s internal dialogue that they say to themself would sound something like – “Yes, this chiropractor understands me. I’ve been telling other health practitioners about this for years and this chiropractor has just nailed it in 5 minutes”.

 

They are now hopeful, excited and primed to turn up on the next visit and consume the Pre Care Appointment and the Report of Findings visit that follows.

 

Instead of relying on the Report of Findings here’s what smart chiropractors do. They understand that the First Visit is the defining visit. Specifically, the fourth distinct part of the fourth first is the one you MUST NAIL

If you do that, the results will be amazing.

 

So, the next time you put all your attention on the Report of Findings what I want you to do is learn a few critical tactics about the First Visit that is an absolute game changer.

 

 

PLAYTIME

Go through your tests and exams and identify the tests that give you detail about how this person will malfunction in areas that they have not told you. Create a narrative of those things which will show based upon your usual exams and observations.
